Honey has been in the rescue for over a year now…. she is still very shy and needs to find a forever home with someone who has the patience and time to help her have the happy life she deserves and has been missing out on for so long.

Miss Bees Anee, now known as Honey, is one of the 9 dogs rescued from a puppy mill. Honey is a 7 year old light red smooth dachshund. She has had several litters in her life. Since coming into NMDR, Honey is now spayed, up to date on all her shots, heartworm negative, and had a dental cleaning. She is a sweet, shy little girl who is very skittish around humans. She will need lots of patient love and attention to overcome her fear of people. She is very good with other dogs and seems to take great comfort in their company. Honey is still working on her house training and getting used to a leash. Honey is being fostered in Albuquerque and her adoption fee is $275.
