Meet Coffee! Coffee is a 4yo chocolate and tan male dachshund who looks to be slightly dappled. He is up to date on all his shots, neutered, and recently had a dental cleaning. Coffee quickly learned the doggy door in his foster home and is very smart. Coffee was surrendered because he nipped at a child in his original home. He seems to be really nervous around children. Coffee thrives on a routine and needs a home with a strong alpha presence where someone will be home with him most of the day. Coffee gets nervous when he is alone and will climb on tables or get in the trash when his foster mom leaves so it may be best to crate him when you need to leave the house. He loves to chase kids on bikes and cats and his foster mom is working on teaching him some control. Coffee is affectionate and loves attention, he also loves to run and play. He needs a home with no young children. Coffee would love to find a forever home to get settled into! Coffee is being fostered in Los Alamos and his adoption fee is $275.
