Sweet Sadie is a standard female piebald dapple dachshund. We think she may be mixed with either a Jack Russel or an English Pointer since she is a bit larger and taller than a “normal” dachshund. Sadie is very intelligent and mellow, although she loves to run. She can climb chain link fences but only does it when she hears her foster family outside in the front yard. She only climbs the corners so placing a large object in the corners has stopped her escaping.  All Sadie wants is to be around her people and to get a little attention every now and then. She is about 2 years old, is spayed, and has had all her shots. Sadie and her three puppies were pulled from the shelter in Taos when her puppies were 5 weeks old. They are enjoying running through the grass and playing with the other dogs. Sadie is being fostered in Fort Stanton and her adoption fee is $200.
