Hi I’m Lola I’m Six years old, spayed silver dapple (maybe double dapple) B&T female, about 9 pounds, short body and a bit chunky, silky soft coat. My left eye has a bit of white in it, but I have complete vision in both and my hearing is also fine. I’m a product of a divorce and was left outside with another dachsie and a pit bull, who dragged us little ones around by our collars. Therefore, I’m a bit fear/aggressive with big dogs. With little dogs, I am sociable with little dogs and love to run and play, although will hump them at times, especially if I’m stressed. I use the doggie door faithfully, but might have problems if I don’t have free access to the outside.
The dogs were not abused, but neglected and unloved, with poor diets, so crave love and attention. Has some food aggression, will snap at other dogs if there are treats to be had. She eats regular dog food (Purebred Senior), free choice. The vet says teeth should be cleaned in the near future, has her shots and rabies UTD, is in good health, and is ready for a loving home. Not sure how she does with children or cats. Lola’s adoption fee is $275 and she is being fostered in southern Colorado.
