And this is Charley, the other half of the Mickey-Charley duo. Charley is a bigger boy, he weighs currently 25 lbs., so would be considered a “standard”, although he does need to lose weight. We believe that Charley is 8 or 9 years old and is a black and silver long hair dapple boy, which makes him very handsome. An owner surrender, he would make an excellent pet for a senior household or one without small children. He is reported to be very gentle, quite playful even for his weight, and loves to cuddle with his human. He is house trained, up to date on shots, microchipped and will be going for dental work in the next two weeks. He is very good with other dogs that are currently in his foster home. Charley is also crate trained and will sleep in the crate at night, but he has also been found to take a day time nap in the crate whenever the sleepiness strikes. The doggie door is to his liking, which makes it very handy for those times when you just “gotta go”, or even to investigate that sudden noise outside. He is being fostered in Rio Rancho and his price would be $200. And he would like to be a part of your home. We feel he can be separated from Mickey, especially if you have a current dog in your household, as he is now used to being with several dogs in his foster home.
