Hi every one out there in Doxieland!  My name is Michel aka Mickey. I’m a dark red smooth male dachshund, two to three years old. I’m up to date on all my shots, recently neutered, tested negative for heart worms, micro chipped, and toe nails trimmed. I also had my teeth cleaned, loosing three of them. I feel much better now. I weigh about 12.5 pounds. I love giving kiss and sitting on peoples laps. I’m housebroken and will use a dogie door. 

Mickey was an owner surrender to the Aztec Animal Shelter along with four other dachshunds. His previous owner was an elderly gentlemen who no longer could take care of them. Mickey is a very sweet dog and walks fairly well on a lease. He is fine with children eight and older. We don’t know about cats as we don’t have any. Mickey is being fostered in Farmington and his adoption fee is $250.00
