Beta and Baxi (Baxter) are ten-year-old sisters in need of a loving home where they can be together. They are extremely bonded. They recently had a dental and Beta had three molars extracted. She was in pain for a few days and during that time Baxi sat by her side and licked her face.
They are beautiful dogs and very affectionate. They just want to be by you on the couch or near you in a doggie bed. They get along famously with our other two dogs but cats are an unknown factor. They were surrendered because Baxi was snappy with a toddler and a newborn. She has only been to the dog park once and was not happy. She was fearful and snappy. Beta was just fearful. They get enough exercise in our big grassy yard.
They have also lost weight in our care. We feed Fromm weight management kibble. Baxi lost 8 lbs and Beta lost 2. Now they are 17 and 18 pounds.They are standard, smooth, red coats.
We have regular adult company and they had no issues.
They have nice teeth, short nails, sturdy bodies and are up-to-date on their shots.
