Hi everyone, my name is Bob.  I was rescued form the Farmington Animal Shelter as a stray. I’m a red smooth haired male dachshund, neutered, up to date on all my shots and micro chipped. I’m 10 to 11 years old. I’m an senior gentleman but not retired from my day job. I love to cuddle give kisses and all my love to my human friends. I get along well with the other dogs my foster family has. I don’t know about cats but the may be OK since I’m very laid back. If you have children I would give my love and devotion to them also.

     Bob is housebroken and will use a dogie door. He sleeps all night in a soft chair in our bedroom. He likes to go on walks and walks very well on a leash. He does have the start of some cataracts but can still see 60 to 70 percent…he just can’t read the newspaper very well. There are some eye drops called Can-c that will help control them and they be bought at Amazon. Please consider Bob and give him a forever home to live out his elderly years.
