Vespa is a 9yo male black and tan dapple dachshund. He is a very handsome boy and loves to cuddle. He recently had most of his chewing teeth pulled and only has some front teeth left that gives him a dazzling smile. He weighs 12 pounds and has a coat that is looking better with good dog food. He is neutered, up to date on all his shots, and is heart worm negative. Due to his lack of teeth, Vespa will need to be fed canned dog food or kibble soaked in water until it is soft enough for him to eat.
He sleeps in his own bed next to ours at night and is learning to use a doggie door. He is housebroken. Vespa is also good on a leash. He also is good with other dogs and rides well in the car. He has made a couple of trips to grandma’s house and is very well-behaved. He likes meeting new people and will roll over on his back so his belly can be rubbed. He will make a loving pet. Vespa is being fostered in Albuquerque and his adoption fee is $200.
