Princess – ADOPTED!!

A lovely black-and-tan lady, with a white strip on her throat and chest, and one back foot with white toes.  Princess is three years old, weighing in at about 13 pounds, is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations and is micro-chipped. She recently had a litter of five puppies, who are now weaned, and she is going to be spayed in December, so will be ready for her forever home after the New Year.

She and the puppies came into NMDR because her owner is in the military and was called to active duty. Princess has apparently had little attention for herself, and is grateful for a kind word and loving caress—especially if she can cuddle in a lap. Sleeps on the big bed, but on top of the covers.

Her housetraining is a work in process, but taking her out immediately upon arising in the morning and during the day is effective, and she is working on the doggie-door thing. Is leash trained, but not a big fan of long walks. Totally sociable with other little dogs, loves to play. She eats free-choice dry dog food, but prefers soft food, which is not good for her teeth. Princess is being fostered in Southern Colorado and her adoption fee is $300. Get your application in now to reserve this darling lady.
