This gorgeous Doxie boy is about 4 years old, ~ 5 pounds. His previous owner recently passed away and the family surrendered him to NMDR. He has classic Black and Tan markings, with just a snippet of white on his chest and one of those classic doxie heads. He is neutered, has all his shots, is micro-chipped, and is in fine health. Teeth were just cleaned and he still has all of them. Very well house-trained, learning to use a doggie door, although he is so small it is a challenge for him to push it open. Loves to cuddle on your lap whenever you sit down, sleeps under the covers all the way down at your feet. A bit shy at first, but is bright and attentive. Always ready to go for a walk, just not a long one. Not at all aggressive and is the sweetest boy one could wish for. Has to be kept warm and likes his sweaters. Would be a fine single dog, but his person has to be around most of the time. This dog embodies the true meaning of “Snuggle- bug: One’s sweetheart; a darling.” He’s being fostered in southern Colorado and his adoption fee is $300.
