Meet Laddie! Laddie is a 3 year old neutered male dachshund mix. We believe he is a mix with a miniature pinscher. He was confiscated as part of a hoarding case and was taken to the Aztec shelter. From there he came into NMDR as a very shy little boy. His foster mom has worked miracles with him through her patience and he has warmed up to her so much. He is a funny little guy, full of personality and actively seeks out his foster mom’s attention. It may take him a little longer than “normal” to warm up to a new family but if he is allowed to approach you on his own terms he will become your best friend very quickly. Laddie loves to cuddle his foster mom at night and get all the belly rubs he can. He is neutered, up to date on shots and is heartworm negative. Laddie gets along great with other dogs and loves to play with his dog toys. He is also house broken. Laddie will make someone a great companion and will always perk everyone up with his personality. He’s had such a rough start to his life and deserves to know what it feels like to belong to a happy forever family. Laddie is being fostered in Albuquerque and his adoption fee is $200.
