Logan is a four-year old purebred AKC (has papers, but never registered) dachshund with a great personality. His birthday is August 5th, 2014. He has never had any medical issues and he is in great health. He is current on all his vaccinations, and the only medication he takes is his monthly heartworm/flea/tick pill. His weight ranges from 15-20 lbs depending on his activity level. He loves to go on long, daily walks and then snuggle up on the couch. He shows his love in abundance by licking and snuggling. Logan is also kennel trained but much prefers to be out and about in the house! He is wonderful with kids and would make a great family dog. He loves to be around people and other dogs, and has never shown one bit of aggression towards humans or other animals. He does like to sound tough, however, with his classic dachshund bark when he hears strange noises or someone coming to the door. He warms up quickly to new people and new places. Logan is house-trained, but is used to going outside on a schedule instead of asking to go outside. Logan eats a diet of high quality dry dog food (1 cup per day) and he likes to be groomed every 8 weeks.
