Hi everyone, My name is Gabby. Look at these beautiful ears! Look at these beautiful eyes! I’m very cute, aren’t I? I’m a sable smooth haired female Doxie mix. I, along with my 2 brothers and 3 sisters were found along the river in a box and taken to the Valencia County Animal Shelter. Lucky for us, New Mexico Dachshund Rescue was contacted and bailed us out! Me and 1 of my brothers are now with our foster mom in Albuquerque. I am bold and I love to explore. Right now I have to get the rest of my shots, and in about 4 months, I’ll get spayed and be ready to go to my forever home. In the meantime I can spend my time with house breaking (which Mom thinks I am doing pretty good), eating, and chasing my brother around the yard! P.S.: I didn’t get hurt with the cactus, but I won’t be trying that again! I’m being foster in Albuquerque and my adoption fee is $250.00.
